My Pet Squirrel Fred

I have been living in my current place for about 3 years now and in that time there is a squirrel who goes by the name of Fred that has taken quite a bit of interest in what goes on at my place, especially on the weekends.

Usually around 9-10 am on Saturday and Sunday mornings he comes up through my yard, sits in front of my screen door, sits up on his hind legs three inches from the screen door and stares at me until I bring him something to eat.

He is rather partial to whole wheat bread, but also enjoys the occasional bagel or muffin.

At any rate, I thought you might like to see just how cool he is.



Almost like a dog, isn't he? I wonder if I could get him to walk on a leash?
