I don't know what, exactly, this commercial says about us Americans, or to whom exactly it is supposed to appeal, but I have a feeling that it was exactly these type of conversations that got a lot of people into trouble.
Notice how the subject of "do we NEED the new house or not?" never even comes up?

That was pretty fucking awful. I like how the guy is portrayed as a blubbering idiot for having reservations. "You can do this, John, you stupid MAN. What, do you hate your children, you selfish pile of shit? I researched this, JOHN!"
How about just save some money and buy some lamps to brighten up that dungeon you currently own.
That was painful and pitiful. The Realtor on the phone was ridiculous. This is why so many people ran into trouble. John your balls are the size of peanuts you pussy. You can't afford the house and you know it!
